Rich Janor is a 20+ year veteran and industry leader in the sports event management field. Mr. Janor was elected to the office of Park Commissioner in Naperville in 2011, and was elected President of the board three times by a unanimous vote of the other commissioners. Mr. Janor serves as Head Baseball Coach at Montini Catholic High School, Regional Director for USA Baseball, and is the co-author of the book, We Not Me – In Sports, Business and Life. He resides in Naperville with Rhonda, and their three children, Archer, Brooklyn and Caiden. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Matt Baker is a specialist in commercial and residential lighting and landscape design. He is a preferred lighting contractor for numerous Naperville residents and businesses. Baker drew upon his passion for lights, technical knowledge and expertise to create the Manchester Lights Show, a neighborhood holiday lights show that began in 2012, when he was only twelve years of age. Baker resides in Naperville, and is currently working toward completing his undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University.
